If you are a bookseller, publisher, press, literacy organization, or a company with book-related products, we invite you to rent a booth to exhibit at the 2025 Southern Festival of Books. 


RENTAL INCLUDES

  • A 10’x10’ tented booth

  • 8-foot and 6-foot tables

  • Table Covers

  • Chairs

  • Link to your website on the exhibitor page of the Festival site

  • Listing in the printed Festival program

  • Two tickets to the Saturday night Southern Festival of Books reception

 

BOOTH RATE

$450/$350 (early-bird) for Non-Profits

$550/$450 (early-bird) 

FESTIVAL HOURS


Saturday, October 18: 9:00am-6:00pm

Sunday, October 19: 10:00am-5:00pm
 

PLEASE NOTE


Upon completing the form below, vendors/exhibitors will need to fill out and submit this short form for the State Park and provide a certificate of liability insurance ("Policy must be $1,000,000 min and name the Park as additional insured" ... An example of the certificate can be found here.)
